Is AUREA free to attend?

AUREA is an invitation-only conference. If you nominate a project that is shortlisted as a finalist, the finalist receives a €500 travel stipend to attend the conference. All lodgings and accommodation for finalists are covered during the conference from 22-24 January 2025.

If you attend as a VIP guest, i.e. not a finalist, but as attendee, all lodgings and accommodation is covered from 23-24 January 2025.

All we ask is that you sign a participation agreement that includes our code of conduct.
